SATISFACTORY
EVIDENCE is the LACK OF any SUSPICIOUS CONDITIONS concerning the
identity of the person being notarized and PROOF of IDENTITY by one of
the following methods:

Identification cards must comply with these rules: Approved ID's
must be are current or if expired, issued within the last 5 years, have
a photo of the signer, an identifying number (drivers license, passport
#, etc) and the signers
signature.

Oath
or
Affirmation of ONE or TWO “CREDIBLE IDENTIFYING WITNESSES”. These
'witnesses' all must personnally appear before
the
notary with the signer and be completely independent of the transaction -
not named in the tranasaction or have any kind of a benefit.
